Post Practice Shake
One of my Favorite shakes
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 cup of milk
half of a banana
1 tablespoon of Chunky Peanut Butter
Mix everything in blender. sometimes I’ll use vanilla powder and yogurt instead of chocolate and peanut butter.

Stress Fractures suck!!!
Not really in the greatest mood right now. Our workout today was 5x1000’s. i started off pretty good with the first but my shins were absolutely killing me on the second so i had to stop.
